I went to summer orientation for my new job on Saturday (I'm going to be life guarding this summer). They went over what any job would. ie: your representing us so be good bla bla bla. One thing that was different was the dress code. "you must come to work in our dress code which consists of, swimming suit, shorts, and flip flops." How awesome is that. WAY better than: All black dress clothes, with hair and make up done perfectly! I can handle hair up, flip flops and swimming suit. Then they went over the harassment stuff. (EEK!) That's never been a strong point for me. I find "that's what she said" jokes to be rather hilarious. I know its mildly immature but I don't care really. Also, I find it really hard to not talk about sex. Not in a "dang man, you so hot lets go fornicate in the break room" kind of way but more in a way to just mention it hoping to stop this whole sex is oober taboo thing we've all got going on. Over all though, I'm pretty stoked for my new job. Everyone seems way chill and delightful. I'll keep you posted in case anyone that reads this is dying to know. (sarcasm? . . ?)
One more item on my list of things to write on her. I have bizarre dreams. ALL THE TIME! and I ALWAYS remember them. Its exhausting but at times it can be mildly entertaining, like last night. I had a dream that I was talking to a monkey who was in this sad dilemma. you see, his mom had a really bad shopping problem and due to those sneak attack credit card company's (for monkeys of course) she had gotten in a lot of debt. How they work it out in monkey world is if you can't pay it off then the credit card companies make you dance in front of everyone for EVER! I guess that's humiliating to them. So her son, the monkey I was talking to, needed to pay it off my stapling houses together for cockroaches or something like that. BUT that is exhausting work for a little monkey. So I helped him and he was happy.
. . . . . . . . . . . . .for the record, I do know how weird that is.

Life guarding is totally rad, I'm excited for you! I have a hard time not talking about sex as well, but living in Texas makes that a whole lot easier then Utah lol.
That monkey dream though...that's amusing and disturbing at the same time. My question though is this: if cockroaches get their own houses, what nasty critters invade the cockroach homes? Much smaller cockroaches? The mind boggles.
Ha ha wow Carlie - your posts never disappoint! :) That job sounds awesome - not gonna lie, I'm feeling a sting of jealousy!
& the monkey dream... you know, my dreams always make perfect sense until I wake up... so I understand :) Too funny.
